Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Cubyts website or Nebula, Cubyts' enterprise context intelligence platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Use of Services
Nebula is licensed to enterprises for use by their permitted users, not to individual consumers. You may use Nebula and the connected systems, context graph, APIs/MCP endpoints and AI experiences it provides only in compliance with these Terms, your organization's subscription agreement and all applicable laws. You are responsible for your use of the services and for any content you or your organization connect or provide.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Intellectual Property
Cubyts and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Cubyts and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cubyts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.
